Accessibility became a passion of my career during my days at Cengage, a textbook publisher in Boston. I was charged with finding accessibility solutions for MindTap, a complex company project whose requirements exposed the troubled and difficult issues that face accessibility, even under the best of circumstances. I was hooked. There's something about a truly deep and powerful set of problem that attracts me.
